Friday Menu:

- Ferndale Market Turkey, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetable
- Egg Roll in a Bowl – fried vegetables with fried wonton bowl, steamed jasmine rice, with choice of sweet garlic soy sauce or sesame miso sauce, ground pork optional
- Mixed Greens Power Bowl; assorted plant based proteins, mixed greens of romaine and mesclun, Napa cabbage, shredded carrot, green onions, and mango and sesame miso dressing

Saturday Menu:

- Teriyaki Chicken with brown fried rice and seasonal vegetable
- Butternut Squash Ravioli with gorgonzola sauce, spiced walnuts, and seasonal vegetable.
-Mixed Greens and Strawberry Salad; baby spinach, red onion, sliced strawberries, grilled chicken breast, toasted almonds, and poppy seed dressing

 Speaker Luncheons - SOLD OUT
Women attending the Speaker Luncheons will enjoyed a catered plated meal and a lively interview with conference speakers. This event is held in the Nazareth Hall Great Room and is a ticketed event for an additional fee of $25 per day.

Saturday Speaker Luncheon Menu: Marinated and Grilled Airline Chicken Breast with Quarter Herb Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, and Broccoli Florets (made without gluten containing ingredients, no dairy as well)

Luncheon Desserts: 
Strawberry Panna Cotta - (made without gluten containing ingredients, no dairy as well)
Chocolate chunk Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis (made without gluten containing ingredients- gluten free crust)
